Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, MarketCapital.ai may process account information such as name, email address, account identifiers and securely stored password credentials; product preferences such as Watchlists, personal lists, theme and configuration; support communications; and technical information such as browser/device details, IP address, request timestamps, diagnostics and security/abuse logs.
MarketCapital.ai should not store raw account passwords. Password handling is intended to use secure credential representations through the authentication system.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the Service, authenticate accounts, restore user preferences, provide Watchlists and requested features, respond to support, diagnose reliability issues, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms and meet legal obligations.
Sale of personal information
MarketCapital.ai does not sell personal information.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be shared with infrastructure or service providers when reasonably necessary to operate requested features, respond to lawful requests, investigate security incidents, complete a corporate transaction, or when you provide consent. MarketCapital.ai does not grant advertisers access to private account conversations or sell user information to advertisers.

MarketCapital.ai uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the Service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and user choices
Information may be retained as needed to operate accounts, maintain preferences, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and maintain legitimate business records. AI-generated content
MarketCapital.ai may process selected or stored market information through AI systems to produce AI Market Reads and, if launched, AI Agent Companion Reports. AI output is probabilistic and may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading or omit important context. Important conclusions should be independently verified.

Market Capsules and frozen evidence
Market Capsules preserve selected historical context as captured by the platform. Stored evidence may be incomplete, unavailable fields may remain unavailable, and later corrections to upstream data may not rewrite frozen historical evidence. Replay is a research feature and is not an official or authoritative market-record service.
Market News and third-party content
News headlines or links may originate from third-party publishers. MarketCapital.ai does not necessarily endorse those publishers, verify every claim, control external sites or establish that a headline caused a market movement.
Public product preview
The unauthenticated Command preview uses illustrative market data to demonstrate product functionality. It is not live market data and must not be used for trading decisions.

Account responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, activity under your account and notifying support if you suspect unauthorized access. New account registration requires explicit acknowledgement of the current Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and financial/AI/market-risk disclosure presented during signup.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, attempts to defeat security or rate controls, malicious software, impersonation, abusive automated load, or unauthorized redistribution of proprietary MarketCapital.ai software and original presentation. Nothing here is intended to prohibit lawful security research, normal browser developer tools or rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Early Access and product changes
During Early Access, features, models, providers, market coverage, signals, reports and product behavior may change, be added or removed. Plans and pricing may change before commercial launch. Experimental availability does not guarantee permanent access to a feature.
Intellectual property
MarketCapital.ai retains rights in its brand, software, Command View, original Market Capsule presentation, workflows, original reports, documentation and proprietary application content. Third-party market and news content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” MarketCapital.ai does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, AI correctness, signal generation, market-data accuracy or financial outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketCapital.ai disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses, trading or investment losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, lost data, outages, delayed/inaccurate market information, or reliance on AI-generated content. Any final monetary liability cap requires legal review before commercial launch.
Suspension and termination
MarketCapital.ai may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security threats, material Terms violations, nonpayment where applicable, or legal/provider requirements.
Indemnification
Users may be responsible for claims arising from unlawful misuse of the Service, violations of these Terms or infringement caused by user conduct, subject to applicable law. Final indemnification language requires legal review.
Governing law and disputes
